Mr. Armandpour is Design/ Managing principal and founder of Bijan & Associates. He has over 39 years of experience in master planning, commercial / office, hospitality, industrial, entertainment and residential projects. Prior to establishing Bijan & Associates, Mr. Armandpour served as project designer and job captain with Leon J. Myers, Architects, Savannah, Georgia. He was responsible for Client Liaison and design of his projects.
Mr. Armandpour believes that “balance between technology and nature leads to excellence in architecture.” This belief has led the firm to maintain world-class design at a most efficient cost. The high and consistent quality of performance and management are the reasons for repeat clients who believe in Mr. Armandpour’s ability to manage their projects from site analysis to post construction services.
Mr. Gharavi has over Forty eight years of experience in Design, Production, and Project management. His experience range is in all different type of projects, including but not limited to, large and complex residential, commercial, office building and mixed use projects. Among his notable accomplishments are Los Angeles Orange Line Metro Stations, USA; Cultural Centers, Socio-Medical Building, Residential complex and many other projects in France; a General Hospital, Sport Facility for a university Campus and others, in England, and A University Campus, banks and single and multi-family residential in Iran.
Mr. Borghei holds Master’s degrees in architecture from Tehran University and University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He graduated in 1986, receiving the Dean’s Award for Best Design Thesis. Mr. Borghei has over thirty years of experience as an architect, designer and project manager for medium to large-scale projects. While his professional expertise covers different types of architectural design and construction (residential, mixed-used commercial, professional office, institutional and recreational) in California and Canada, Mr. Borghei enjoys an extensive track record in educational and governmental projects. Mr. Borghei worked as project designer for the architectural firm of Kamnitzer, Cotton, Vreeland (KCV) in Los Angeles, and as senior project designer, project architect and associate for ten years with The Nadel Partnership, Inc., an illustrious architectural firm in Los Angeles
